Fastbolt becomes sponsor of FC Epe 1912 e.V.

Fastbolt Schraubengroßhandels GmbH becomes a sponsor of FC Epe 1912 e.V. The symbolic handover of a VEO camera system, which Fastbolt has purchased for FC Epe, took place on 13 August at Fastbolt and in the immediate neighbourhood of the future stadium. Reinhard Sundermann, 2nd Chairman, and Patrick Redegeld, who has been workeing at Fastbolt since his apprenticeship, accepted the camera system from Ekkehard Beermann and Julia Kippelt on behalf of FC Epe.
Fastbolt Schraubengroßhandels GmbH, which has been operating since 1992, first in Gronau and since 1995 at Königsweg in Epe, would like to promote local club sport through its commitment and support the voluntary work of the coaches and club life. ‘Football is one of the most popular sports and naturally also has an established part in the Fastbolt team. As a local employer, we would like to fulfil our role and provide local support,’ says Fastbolt Managing Director Ekkehard Beermann, who sees various advantages in the video system: ’First and foremost, the video system offers all fans the opportunity to watch the highlights of the matches, whether on site in Epe or away, again and again via social networks. Moreover, the video sequences can be used to systematically and purposefully support the training of FC Epe’s various youth and adult teams by analysing and optimising individual moves.’
Reinhard Sundermann added: ‘As a club, we are delighted to have found a sponsor in Fastbolt that supports our goals and is working with us to exploit the possibilities of digitalisation. The contract period of three years gives us planning security. With this sponsorship, we are laying the foundations for what we hope will be a long-term partnership that will benefit us as a club, but also Fastbolt as a company in Epe.’
The sponsorship package, which will be continuously expanded, currently includes the VEO camera system, an AI-supported, mobile camera system that can be used to record training sessions and matches regardless of location. The VEO camera automatically recognises goals, scoring opportunities and other highlights and automatically suggests a summary of the highlights after the match.
